Petter Ulltveit-Moe has over 20 years of combined experience in test management, project management, QA, and release management, holding a Sivilingeniør degree in Computing Science from Newcastle University and certifications in ISTQB®, PRINCE2®, and MSP®. His key roles span organisations including Kongsberg Gruppen, Kongsberg Maritime, Telenor, Bane NOR, KLP, Landkreditt Forsikring, Oslo kommune, and DNB. Structured, easy to work with, and known for keeping sight of the big picture, he builds commitment in the teams around him and turns complex, high-risk programmes — from 5G rollouts to global ERP and IT separations — into well-governed deliveries.
